The Total 30 is for the person who wants a lens with maximal surface water content: nearly 100% water at the surface. This extra water content design is part of Alcon’s innovative Water Gradient Technology that starts with 55% water content at the core and moves to nearly 100% at the surface. It also utilizes CELLIGENT technology to make the contact lens is intended to keep the lens clean and comfortable for the entire thirty days.
These lenses are made with a unique material that helps to keep your eyes moist and comfortable, making them perfect for people with dry or sensitive eyes.
Each pack includes 6 lenses, enough for six months of wear for one eye. These lenses are intended for wake time use only, not to be slept in.
Lens Technology & Features
- CELLIGENT Technology: creates a surface of the lens that is intended to biomimic the corneal surface to attract good things and detract bad things for a more healthy and comfortable contact lens
- Water Gradient Technology: Water Gradient Technology is what makes the Dailies Total1® cast of lenses so unique. This design has found a way to create nearly 100% water content at the surface of these contacts. If the lens surface is water and our tear is composed mostly of water, then this contact lens really should “feel like nothing” on your eye and provide maximal comfort in these breathable contacts.
- UV and HEVL Blocking: Class I UV Absorption (though this is not intended to be used instead of proper goggles or sunglasses) and HEVL (high energy visible light) Filtration (used for digital device comfort, but not intended to be protective in any way)
