- SmartShield® Technology is a barrier coat on the Air Optix plus Hydraglyde Multifocal that promotes tear stability and limits the amount of build up on the contact lens. This is intended to keep build up from accruing throughout the life cycle of the lens.
- Precision Profile® Design has different powers built into the lens so that vision will be clear at different focal lengths.
- HydraGlyde® Moisture Matrix attracts and retains the contact lens surface moisture.
