Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances when you may want to return or exchange a product. Here's our policy on returns and refunds:

Cancellation Timeframe

If the product is unopened/undamaged/untampered you can return at no charge for up to 3 months.

Method of Refund

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the original method of payment. The refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the product back.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

We are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive to you as described and undamaged. In the case you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at hello@delivercontacts.com. We will arrange for the goods to be collected and either replaced or refunded. We do not take returns of opened boxes.

How to request a return or a refund

To request a return or a refund, simply email us at hello@delivercontacts.com or text us at 810-529-3600 with your return/exchange request along with your name and order number. We will follow up with instructions for returns.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

Customers will have to pay for sending the goods back to us.

Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period

If you wish to return products after the cancellation period (3 months), please contact us to discuss the options. In some cases, we might offer a partial refund or store credit.

Policy on Returning Goods

If you simply change your mind and no longer want the goods, we do allow returns within the cancellation period of 90 days. However, the product box must remain unopened/undamaged.

Policy on Exchanging Goods

If you need to exchange your box out with another, we will honor your exchange as long as it is within 1 year from the purchase date, and a valid script is sent to us with the new order.

Our refund policy is available in English. If you require this policy in another language, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to provide you with the necessary translations.
