Lens Technology & Features

• SmartShield^® Technology is a barrier coat on the Air Optix plus Hydraglyde for Astigmatism that promotes tear stability and limits the amount of build up on the contact lens. This is intended to keep build up from accruing throughout the life cycle of the lens
• Unique precision balance 8 | 4^® design is a special design of this Astigmatism lens that places the thicker “stabilizing” portions of the lens at the 8 o’clock and 4 o’clock locations. This placement takes the thicker portion of the lens away from the lower lid (so the lower part of the cornea that is covered by the lid can breathe more freely) and splits/balances/distributes the thickness evenly for a stabilized and comfortable fit.

• HydraGlyde^® Moisture Matrix attracts and retains the contact lens surface moisture.
